1. Identification Les Contes d'Ariane is an activity carried out by François Gillet, a registered independent contractor in Belgium, BCE number: BE1036936631. Contact: bonjour@contesdariane.com

2. Products Les Contes d'Ariane sells digital narrative audio tours accessible via the SmartGuide app. These products are intangible digital goods.

3. Prices Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Les Contes d'Ariane reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Order and payment The order is validated after payment confirmation. Payment is made online via Mollie, by credit card or Bancontact. The transaction is secure.

5. Access to the product After payment confirmation, the buyer receives an email with a link or QR code to activate their tour in the SmartGuide app. Access is permanent and valid for one family. No account is required to make the purchase.

6. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the prior consent of the consumer. By confirming your purchase, you agree that access to the content is immediate and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

7. Liability Ariane's Tales cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the SmartGuide application, insufficient internet connection, or any other technical problem beyond its control. It is recommended to download the route in offline mode before the visit.

8. Personal data The data collected during the purchase (name, email) is used solely for processing the order and sending the invoice. It is not shared with third parties, except for Mollie for payment processing. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by contacting bonjour@contesdariane.com

9. Applicable law These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Liège.
